1. What this service is

Meridian Research is an informational research dashboard operated by Daniel Steel ("we", "us", "our"). It displays market data, company information and modelling tools. By using the site you agree to these terms and you are contracting with Daniel Steel.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any security. We are not a licensed financial adviser and we do not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. Any projections are the arithmetic result of assumptions you choose — they are not forecasts or guarantees. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consider obtaining advice from a licensed professional.

3. Market data

Quotes, charts, earnings dates, analyst ratings and company information are supplied by Finnhub. The data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and it may be unavailable at times. We do not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of any data, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it.

4. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape data at scale, or breach these terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

The Pro membership costs $5.99 per month, or $59 per year, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. We do not store your card details.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order through paddle.net or by contacting us. We may change pricing with notice, which will apply from your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the market data, attempt to bypass the paywall, reverse engineer the service, or use automated tools to place excessive load on it.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to the contact address published on the site.
